Business Broker

These are self-employed (commission only) positions with no benefits.  Expect a period of six (6) to eight (8) months until you establish a stable income.  During the first 90 days, you will follow the company?s success program for new brokers, which includes daily telephone cold calls, specialized mailings, and other gorilla marketing methods.  It will be necessary to obtain a real estate sales license before or immediately after joining our team.

 

Business experience provides an instant credibility with sellers and buyers, but it is not absolutely necessary.  In lieu of having owned your own business, you may have earned an MBA degree.  Knowledge of income statements, balance sheets, bank borrowings, and general finance is helpful. 

 

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

* Good organizational and time management skills

* Comfortable with Financial Statements

* Sales or Marketing experience

* MBA or equivalent or prior business ownership

* Strong work ethic

* Highest levels of integrity and character

* Desire for financial success

* Prior business owner experience a plus, but not necessary (MBA will satisfy requirement)

* Comfortable working in a commission only position with high commission potential

* A real estate license will be needed (can be earned while in training)
