Business Developer

Manpower Professional is representing a growing IT Consulting company who sells IT Products and Staff. Our client is in search of a Dynamic Sales individual who will be instrumental in developing and securing profitable business with mid market and Fortune 500 clients. In this critical role the individual will establish relationships with clients to understand their IT project and staffing needs and will develop solutions amenable to offshore talent. Will need to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets. Sell products to mid market and Fortune 500 clients. Develop a sales relationship with key individuals within the Channel Sales Partners organization. Maintain superior relationships with clients. Develop sales plans and strategies to expand business into new accounts and grow revenue throughout the existing client base. Provide leadership with timely reporting regarding revenue, profit and client generation, pricing, and competitive activity. Represent the company through key market visits, public relation opportunities, as well as at industry events. Need minimum of 5 years experience selling IT staffing or IT consulting services. Need proven track record of closing new business and exceeding sales targets. Ability to sell IT solutions. Proficient using Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Ability to author winning proposals. Excellent understanding of pricing. Need to be a good presenter and a good listener. Must be able to be enthusiastic and passionate about the company. Truly in need of a Hard-Nosed Professional Salesman with a track record of developing business. There is a base salary plus a 35% to 50% commission structure. This is an individual contributor position. They currently have 18 employees and $5.5 million is annual sales.
