Business Developer - Commercial Lending

If you have 2 + years of inside/outside sales, are mobile (have a car), and have a track record of business to business sales success, this opportunity may be for you.  We have a client company in the account receivables lending business who is looking to grow an individual in their commercial lending business.  In this position you will network with bankers, cpa's and attorneys to prospect for start up and distressed businesses that would qualify for invoice financing.  This position will involve attending meetings and networking events as well as direct cold calling on business to offer loans from  $100,000 to $5 mm.  You should be able to read a balance sheet and have a basic understanding of commercial finance concepts.

Appropriate candidates might come from the equipment leasing, commercial mortgage or real estate, small business lending as well as the a/r account receivables lending industry. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelors degree is preferred; however a proven track record of sales success is most important.
