ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

Insituform Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded (INSU) international specialty construction company, has a current opportunity for an Account Manager, to service the Ohio area.  Insituform has been renewing underground infrastructure for more than 35 years by rehabilitating sewer and other difficult to access pipes throughout the world using technologies that minimize digging and disruption.  Due to market expansion, we are currently seeking qualified individuals who can identify, develop and close business opportunities.

 

The successful candidate will have proven successes in utilizing excellent interpersonal skills in calling on public works officials, design engineers, maintenance officials, and political figures to introduce our technology and identify maintenance and rehabilitation opportunities.  To be eligible for this position, you must have at least three years of previous sales experience servicing municipal end users.  You must also possess demonstrated successes in using persuasion in selling products or services with an extended sales cycle.  Knowledge and successful experience working with the inner-workings of municipal governments, and pre-existing relationships with municipal officials are also required.  Previous industry related experience, such as water, underground utilities, etc., are preferred.  In additional to tremendous growth opportunities, we offer a competitive compensation and compensation package.
