Business Development Center-telephone appointment setter-sales assistant

We have an immediate opening for a business development professional with exceptional phone skills to help launch our BDC. 

 

About this position:

This is a part time position that works directly with our sales team.  You will work approximately 5 hours a day.  Your primary responsibility will be to keep in touch with our customers by phone and email as they progress through the sales cycle.  During your correspondences you will answer basic questions and most importantly set appointments and encourage the prospects to visit the store.  We will provide training and direction for you; including giving you basic word tracks to follow. The primary benchmark for success in this position will be your ability to set appointments while assisting our clients.

 

The sales cycle you will be involved with can take 120 or more days and we want to have contact with each guest regularly.  Our number one goal is to give the best service possible to all of our clients and prospects. As this professional will be the voice of the company and will set the image the customer has of our dealership, phone skills must be above average.  You must be confident, persistent, and persuasive.  Sales experience of some sort would be a bonus as you will be involved with our team, helping to achieve sales goals.

 

 

We offer training on the sales cycle, the vehicles and processes that are unique to our store.

 

Compensation will be based on experience.  There will be a heavy monthly bonus structure focused on the results this professional achieves.
