Business Development Executive - NYC - Pharmaceutical Vertical

We currently have an opportunity available in the NY/NJ/CT area for a Senior Sales Executive with a successful track record selling IT consulting services and offshore outsourcing services to the Pharmaceutical verticals. This individual would be focused on one of our current key clients.

Required Skills:
Must have over 3 years of selling IT Consulting services at an executive level with deep client contacts at an executive level with Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Life Science companies.
Must have offshore and outsourcing experience.
Has sold complex strategic deals at least 3M in size.
Has a track record of exceeding quota of at least 3M a year.
Has sold multi year BPO and Outsourcing deals.
Knows NJ/NY/CT clients and has at least 3 years of selling outsourcing services experience in this market.
Used to working in a pursuit team model.
Has proven experience opening multiple new accounts every year.

We are looking for someone to develop new business at an existing account of ours.

Responsibilities will include:

Selling Keane's services throughout the sales cycle, which include Business and IT Consulting, e-Solutions, Application Development and Integration, and Application Management Outsourcing.
Employing solution-selling techniques to identify business needs, developing customized solutions, and measuring ROI to solve client business problems
Developing and presenting proposals that clearly convey business needs, project approach, relevant experience and client benefits.
Understanding competitors' strengths and weaknesses and effectively articulating Keane's competitive advantage.
Demonstrating effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business.

Candidates must have superior presentation and communication skills as well as a strong commitment to quality service.

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PRIOR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
