Business Development Manager-Central Florida

ColorWorks Construction Services, a full service General Contractor firm is seeking professional, self starters for a Business Development Manager position in our Central Florida Service area.? Prior sales experience in multi-family, residential construction or insurance restoration sales are required.? Any of the following are a plus:

??Worked in or sold to Property Management Companies Construction?Division.

?Construction management or similar degree.

?

This position will require travel.

?

Candidate must reside in the Greater Orlando area.

ColorWorks Construction Services was founded in 1993 as a single-family housing renovation company based in Raleigh, North Carolina. During this time frame the company mobilized its project management teams throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Virginia and Maryland to provide exterior renovations to a multi family customer base.

In 1996, ColorWorks Construction moved the company?s headquarters to Charlotte, North Carolina and started providing its services to the multi-family housing market. ColorWorks divested the single family market in 1997 choosing to focus on the multi-family housing industry. Since focusing on multi-family housing, ColorWorks has renovated over 7,000 units for some of the largest Real Estate Investment Trusts and national property management firms.

As a full-service, licensed general contractor and project management company, ColorWorks Construction performs capital expenditure budget management, general contracting renovations and new, as well as insurance restoration construction. Since inception, sales growth has exceeded 50% per year.
