With in excess of 4,000 security personnel, FJC with its stellar management and operations' teams continues its growth through a communicative and 'client first' methodology.

 

In furtherance of our efforts toward future growth we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the 'FJC' sales team.

 

As a Business Development Manager with a focus within the Long Island Territory you will be working within a team environment and competitive market place, while fostering relationships with Property Managers, Security Directors, Facility Managers, and many others. The BDM will be expected to prospect through Cold Calling, Canvassing, Networking Functions and Trade Shows, as well as within other areas of opportunity.Additionally, the BDM candidate will accomplish monthly quotas and weekly reporting procedures while continually expanding their pipeline of prospects/potential clients through contract close.



The Business Development Manager must possess as hard line requirements:

The ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
The ability to multi-task and follow through on projects.
Strong presentation skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong prospecting (Phone, networking, etc.) and negotiating abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.



A 2-3 week training period is standard but it is essential that the BDM candidate is a self starter and extremely motivated.
