Business Development Manager/ Sales Representative

SPARKS is the largest privately held human capital management company in the Northern Virginia, Maryland and DC regions whose primary business line concentrates on staffing support personnel in office, accounting and professional disciplines. We are currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager to cultivate new accounts within the Washington, DC marketplace. Responsibilities include lead generation through cold calling, targeting key prospects, conducting weekly face to face meetings, and presenting solutions that provide a meaningful value proposition for our clients.



Business to business sales experience is strongly preferred but the key qualification is your desire to excel in sales and to conduct the necessary weekly activity to ensure strong performance. We are seeking a person who is self motivated, professional, desires and accepts mentoring and coaching, and strives to be recognized as a top performer.
