Business Development Professional - Cincinnati

Currently we are seeking a Business Development Professional to expand our client base, build

awareness of our service offerings, and generate revenue. This entrepreneurial spirited person will enjoy a team environment and comprehensive training in a proven business development model.

 

Responsibilities will include the following:Identify and cold call financial and technology managers and executives to set meetings. Meet and develop long-term business relationship with key decision makers within an assigned Cincinnati / Dayton territory to maximize revenue growth. Work with our management team identifying new sales opportunities as well as ensuring successful delivery of services. Create, customize, and deliver written proposals demonstrating our solutions. Win business and grow revenue within assigned territory in order to meet sales goals. Research companies in assigned territory as well as trends in the industry. Involvement in relevant professional organizations. Develop, collect, and manage sales reporting data for activity, sales, projected and actual revenue, etc.

 

Qualified candidates will possess:Bachelors or Masters degree in business. 2 years business-to-business consultative sales experience with proven record of personal success. Knowledge of Audit, Accounting, or Finance desirable. High level of enthusiasm for building a business. Personal sense of responsibility for growing revenue. Motivation to help clients solve problems. Excellent relationship and influence skills to acquire and motivate prospects and clients. Credibility through knowledge of services, issues, and the business value to be delivered. Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills. Creativity to successfully manage a consultative sales process. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously on a routine basis. PC proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as internet research skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills including oral and written communication.
