Business Process Development Manager

To actively facilitate and lead cross functional teams from within the Reebok organization to ensure a valid contribution to the operational excellence of the business –
 By continuously reviewing and providing solutions of key business processes across all divisions
 By facilitating the implementation of new processes or business change
 By facilitating ad hoc projects in specific relation to business excellence
 By establishing KPI’s, reviews and creates/communicates action plans
Work independently and cross functionally across Reebok departments to:

 Continuously review, update and maintain the Reebok America Business Process Book for the specified divisions/department
- ensure project management skills are adopted to enable appropriate review and improvements application
- Manages expectations for process issue resolution between departments
- Completes all relevant documentation needed to capture details of processes, systems, issues and recommendations

 To drive all appropriate actions to ensure effective process change and implementation, i.e. to provide training, communication/information etc

 To facilitate and lead the completion of key ad-hoc projects as specified through his/her personal objectives
- understands setting and meeting deadlines & deliverables in order to meet project deadlines
- Ensure business case is in place and approved
 Ensure effective measures are in place to support project evaluation

 Demonstrates leadership qualities whilst has the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet goals and objectives of each project/task.
 Is able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization

Job Requirements:
Education:  Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience: 4-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills: Technical/mathematical/reasoning ability
Strong time management
Work on multiple tasks at once
Business knowledge and decision making capabilities
