Membership Development Executives at the Better Business Bureau are expected to meet and exceed monthly goals. Our sales staff spends 100% of their time productively selling, not doing paperwork, preparing reports, providing customer service, attending meetings, or traveling to see clients. All of our memberships are sold over the phone using the one call close technique whenever possible.

We offer an hourly base pay along with a generous commission and bonus plan.

Annual Compensation range potential: $30,000-$60,000+.

Membership Development Executive Responsibilities include:Prospecting for new business using several lead sources including but not limited to: BBB database, newspapers, magazines, yellow pages and Internet searches.Pro actively pursuing new business memberships thru cold callingCollecting payment over the phone via credit card or Tel e-checkAchieve or exceed the monthly sales quota: 14 sales per month

Requirements:Exceptional verbal ability to deliver presentations over the phoneSuperior interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office applicationsPortuguese or Spanish speaking a plus!
