Business-to-Business Sales Professional

Our client is an established and growing management consulting firm that is well recognized for their expertise in Organizational Development and Leadership Development.  They have earned a growing and very impressive client list by the success, quality and impact of their work throughout all management levels in a variety of different organizational settings and cultures.

 

Because of their growth, they wish to hire a highly effective salesperson in the Atlanta area.  The responsibilities of this individual will be to establish new business relationships with large and mid-sized organizations as well as to maintain and penetrate an existing base of clients primarily in the Atlanta metropoilitan area but with outreach to other sales opportunities in Alabama and Florida.

 

The New Business Development Officer will be extensively supported in their efforts by established lead generation/referral efforts, extensive and contemporary marketing information, various local/targeted marketing campaigns, excellent training, and substantial internal business referrals.

 

In order to be considered for the position, individuals MUST have the following background and characteristics.

?  Undergraduate degree at minimum, Master?s + preferred in Organizational Psychology or related field.

?  5 to 7 years work experience in a professional services environment

?  Proven effectiveness selling management consulting/training services to executive levels.

?  Very strong preference for candidate to live in the metropolitan Atlanta area

?  The maturity and desire to work in an autonomous environment yet the ability to interract effectively as a team member and colleague.
