Fry?s Electronics/outpost.com has opened a new call center in San Jose, CA and has immediate openings for enthusiastic sales driven, customer service oriented people.

 

Fry?s Electronics retails over 50,000 electronic items with 32 superstores ranging in size from 50,000 to 180,000 square feet.  We have immediate openings for enthusiastic, Sales oriented people working in our brand new call center located at our corporate offices. Sales and Customer Service positions

are available with tremendous growth potential.

 

CALL CENTER SALES ASSOCIATE

 

The Sales associate?s role is to represent Fry?s Electronics by phone and electronic communications using an enthusiastic and professional approach in a high volume setting. You will process phone orders from start to finish as well as provide support for existing orders. Sales associates are constantly learning about the wide variety of current and emerging technologies in the consumer electronics industry.  Maintaining and developing business relationships with small/large business, government organizations, resellers, and individual customers. 

 

 Qualifications Professional and courteous phone manner HS Diploma/Equivalent Twelve months sales experience required Intermediate level of pc experience using ms word, email, and internet Strong sales, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Knowledge of computers and consumer electronics related products Typing skills
