CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR
The Principal Financial Group currently has an opportunity available for a Client Services Director at our location in Brentwood, TN.
Manage and lead the service and sales support staff functions of the local Group Distribution office(s).
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 6-8 years of related experience. Must have resident and non-resident life and health license(s) as applicable. Requires advanced knowledge of business unit products, services and systems. Must have excellent leadership, coaching, decision-making, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills. Requires ability to develop effective relationships and motivate producer behavior. Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. Basic computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications needed. Will spend a minimum of 40% of time out of the office in face-to-face contact with customers and brokers and visits to satellite offices. Some travel may be required, including overnight stays (15%).
