Concentra is looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for administrative support and Customer Service to the Field Case Management Sales staff and Clients.

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, client focused and able to function in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.

The Sales Coordinator will interact with existing customers within the local market to provide support for our business relationships and assist sales staff with activities to grow our business, achieve operational revenue goals and provide optimal service to our customers.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

' Copy customer files and assist in the completion of referral forms.
' Work in coordination with sales and operations personnel to service existing customer base.
' Understand and apply proper customer service skills and techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.
' Maintain professional image consistent with Concentra guidelines.
' Function as liaison between customers, sales staff and Concentra operations to ensure customer issues and concerns are communicated.
' Project and clerical support as directed by sales management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

' Post high school education.
' Strong customer service skills and experience required.
' Industry experience helpful.
' Strong written and verbal communication skills.
' High energy, flexibility, and positive attitude a must.
' Ability to travel required.
