COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT

Arrival Communications is the Valley's BUSINESS-only telephone and Internet provider.  We are seeking highly enthusiastic and motivated sales consultants to join our Fresno and Modesto SALES team.

 

Job Description:

 

The Communications Consultant (CC) is responsible for prospecting for sales, analyzing businesses telecommunications needs, and presenting voice and data solutions to businesses.  This is accomplished by continually seeking leads and referral of new business, performing sales such as telemarketing and canvassing, generating and attending appointments with business customers, and closing sales.  The CC is also responsible for maintaining and managing relations with existing customers.

 

Jo Requirements:

 

The Communications Consultant is measured by sales and activities goals and must achieve specific targets each month.  The ideal candidate will be professional, energetic, and self-motivated with a proven sales track record.  Requirements include:

 

1. Minimum of two years solid outside sales experience;

2.Excellent communication skills;

3.  Telecommunications, internet and/or data background helpful;

4.  Networking with businesses through involvement and participation in community organizations and  events;

5.  Attendance at sales meetings and events;

6.  Excellent customer service skills, with both outside customers and co-workers.

 

Salary and Benefits:

 

Base salary + commissions; sales awards and contests.
