We are currently looking for a Corporate Sales Recruiter who can work full-time out of our Corporate Headquarters in the Irvine Spectrum.

CORPORATE RECRUITER
The position requires day to day sourcing and scheduling of top-notch sales candidates to support our internal growth. You may typically be required to source other operational positions, as needed.

Our ideal candidate must have the following abilities:
?A hands-on, self-starter with a positive attitude, and a team player
?Excellent phone skills and detail oriented.

?Previous recruiting required. (Corporate, Sales or Executive recruiting preferred)
?Ability to implement and coordinate project requirements from start to finish.
?Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

?Ability to multi task and deadline oriented.

This position is compensated with a $50K base salary + per hire bonuses, incentives, and excellent benefits. We provide full training, company recognition awards, and President?s Club.
