DESCRIPTIONClient Relationship Center Sales Representative

Western & Southern Financial Group, a FORTUNE 500 Company, with more than $40 Billion in assets owned and under management, is comprised of 15 wholly-owned subsidiaries and is headquartered in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Due to exponential growth, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to assist current customers in our Client Relationship Call Center- NO COLD CALLING! Generous base of up to $36,000 + bonus!!


Sales Representatives build sales relationships with existing and prospective policyholders through proactive conservation techniques, sales and a high level of quality customer service. Determines client needs and delivers insurance and financial products to meet those needs. Ensures persistency and growth of this block of business using correspondence, Internet and telephone system techniques.


Qualifications - Proven success selling products and/or services as an inbound and/or outbound sales representative in a high-volume call center. Must have a record of consistently achieving challenging objectives year in and year out. Demonstrated experience evaluating, selecting and acting on various methods and strategies for solving problems and meeting objectives before being directed or forced by events. Demonstrated experience working as part of a team developing cooperation and collaborative work efforts toward solutions that have benefited all parties involved. Demonstrated strong client relationship skills and experience successfully handling difficult situations with clients. Proven experience coordinating multiple projects/assignments simultaneously and completing assigned tasks accurately and on a timely basis. Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and high level of assertiveness. Demonstrated experience maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when handling stressful situations. Proven experience adapting and demonstrating flexibility associated with changes to policies/procedures. Demonstrated use of strong written and verbal communication skills.
