CREATIVE PROMOTIONAL MARKETING SALES/ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking top-performing Outside and Inside ASI/promotional marketing Sales Executives to represent our company in the New England region. We develop unique integrated solutions for our client?s marketing programs by delivering event marketing services, video production, ASI promotional products & custom apparel, print, strategic development, interactive media and creative services. Job details include:

? Outside Sales/Account Executives are paid on a Commission vs. Weekly Draw, and can typically expect to earn $50,000 - $150,000 a year or more based on experience and sales
? Inside Sales/Account Executives are paid on an hourly basis, with monthly sales bonuses based on sales levels
? Work in a fun, creative company, where everyone works as a team and has fun in a busy environment. We often have Friday night happy hours and go out for our quarterly meetings.
? Up-sell your offerings to sell more than just promotional products to your clients, such as creative services, strategic development, corporate events, and video productions ? selling complete solutions (where we sell on creativity and experience, and not price)
? Work from home and/or our Cambridge office

Experienced Outside and Inside Sales/Account Executives are sought to represent BLUE WAVE in the New England region. These positions encompass the sale of promotional marketing services, ASI promotional products & custom apparel, where the Sales Professional may also leverage existing client leads to up-sell Blue Wave?s other advanced integrated marketing services. **Specific sales expertise in the field of promotional marketing, ASI promotional products and/or custom apparel is strongly preferred**. We are seeking ambitious, professional and team-oriented individuals (Outside Sales Executives preferably with an existing book of business), significant sales experience and excellent customer skills.
