Job Description

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
-Schedule and implement customer training following the Installation Training Matrix and Process guidelines.
-Consistently deliver satisfactory education and training to both internal and external customers.
-Position yourself as a consultant to both internal and external customers.
-Communicate regularly with local, zone and management teams.
-Generate Leads

Supporting Roles and Responsibilities:
-Deliver customer presentations; technical and clinical (Lunch & Learns, etc.)
-Present as clinical/technical expert in local, regional and national customer events. (Society meetings, customer sponsored programs, etc.)
-Participate in BU sponsored programs as requested. (Clinical trials, validation programs, research events, education events, etc.)
-Participate in Market Development activities as requested. (Key Customer Programs, Image acquisition, etc.)

Other Key Responsibilities:
-Build technical, clinical and professional skills and knowledge. (New registries, cross training, relevant business courses, personal development courses, etc.)
-Submit weekly schedule to management
-Maintain & submit expenses according to company policy
-Submit Clinical Activity Database in a timely manner

Requirements

- 3+ years clinical experience as ARDMS registered sonographer.
- Registry Preference: must have RDCS in either Adult Echocardiography or Pediatric Echocardiography. Additional RDMS and/or RVT is a deciding plus.
- commercial experience with equipment demonstrations is strongly desired
- ability to travel in assigned geography (New Jersey, northeast PA, greater Baltimore)
