CertaPro Painters is a highly successful service company that is growing and needs a Sales Associate.  The ideal candidate MUST possess a STRONG ability to sell, excellent computer skills, a good work ethic, must be a quick learner and also requires 1-2 years experience in sales.  This candidate must possess superior communication skills and also be motivated, results oriented and require minimal supervision.  The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and efficiently. The following experience is not necessary but is a PLUS:  knowledge of Lotus Notes and a background in the home improvement industry concentrated in the field of Painting.  This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with an organization. 

 

This position will require daily face-to-face interaction with customers conducting estimates or providing proposals.   You will also be responsible for generating leads through various marketing tactics.  This position is a combination of sales and marketing.  You will generate leads and then follow up with the customers to schedule in home estimates and close the sale.
