Qualifications

Outstanding commitment to the long-term development of employees. Proven ability to coach others with specific and measurable objectives in areas such as people management, leadership, and quality.

Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals.

Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers' current and future needs.

Proficient at establishing sound budget goals and objectives, and managing labor budget.

Uses Sylvan sales strategies, techniques and tactics and customer feedback. Understands and reacts to current market environment.

Bilingual a plus, but not required.

BA/BS or equivalent experience.
