Central Region Sales Manager

For more than 20 years Synovis Interventional Solutions has been supplying components, assemblies, and devices to the fast growing medical device industry.  We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at our Lino Lakes facilities located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.  This person will manage Account Managers and hire/manage independent sales reps to market Synovis products and services, and call directly on existing and prospective customers to develop their own accounts.

 

We require 5+ years sales experience, sales management experience, excellent communication skills, and a college degree.  We prefer experience selling to medical device companies, and knowledge of medical device manufacturing including wire coiling and forming and grinding, machining, molding, and laser processing and welding.  In return, we offer an excellent salary, commission and benefits package including: medical/dental/life insurance, paid vacation, short/long-term disability insurance, 401K, tuition reimbursement and more.  To apply, send your resume to hr@synovismed.com .
