POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES


 

The Channel Development Manager ? will be responsible for serving as the primary liaison between SANAKO resellers and SANAKO Sales and Marketing Management including: 

 The on-going development of a scalable, multi-channel distribution combining e-business and reseller channels with strategic partnerships to successfully sell a volume range of software solutions. Managing, supporting and delivering rapid growth in the scope and reach of the company?s network of sales partners to achieve targeted sales results.Identifying and developing strategic partnerships to leverage the resources of targeted partners to develop new business opportunities.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:



? Identification, Recruitment, and Management of Sanako Resellers including; Educational Software Resellers, Hardware OEM?s and Educational VARs to generate sales growth through Sanako's software solutions business.

? Building and maintaining a sales development plan with measurable milestones.

? Ensuring the documentation, implementation and measurement of sales and marketing plans developed jointly with partners.

? Supporting the sales efforts of partners including the provision of sales training and assistance with product demonstrations or other promotional events.

? In collaboration with colleagues in both local and HQ teams, build and routinely review a program of sales campaigns and marketing communications geared to generate direct sales and referred leads for the partner channel.

? Oversee the successful roll out and management of the Global Channel Partner Program including: pricing program, incentive/promotional programs, training and development, sales and marketing support tools.

? Identifying opportunities for new business and strategic collaboration with partners of significance, and managing the development of these opportunities to an agreed, successful conclusion.

 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

 Must have Bachelors degree and be eligible to work in the United States Must be well balanced between solid business/marketing sense and the execution aspects of role Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and oral Experience with marketing of commercial software especially within the education market preferredStrong project management and coordination skills, and ability to excel in a fluid, cross-functional team environment Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Creative individual who loves to take ownership and bring to the table solid solutions Solid work ethic and strong time management skills
