Position Description:

Our Channel Field Support Manager will use extensive application and technical understanding of Axapta applications. This coupled with solid understanding and experience of the Manufacturing and Distribution industry and its functional needs, will be used to develop and support our SCE for client Axapta applications

Position Requirements:

* BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
* Willingness to travel as needed to address client/product related concerns and requirements
* Liason between internal Channel Unit and Performance Management/ Product Development Organization
* Excellent communication skills evidenced by prior experience working with Axapta end users
* Extensive account management experience
