Channel Sales Manager

Job Description: This position will lead and manage all aspects of an assigned Channel of Distribution (Industrial/OEM channels and Retail/Co-op's) specifically working with 2 step channels of distribution to include coordination of all the functions, processes, and resources to ensure channel growth and profitability is maximized, as well as, the development of a comprehensive strategic plan for the assigned channel. In addition, the Channel Manger will provide field analysis on key trends, competitive activity, and general marketplace activity.

Job Requirements:

* BA or BS degree in related field
* 5 years experience in Sales and/or Channel role
* Experience working in either a retail/co-op or industrial/OEM industry
* Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling sales presentations/promotions
* High propensity for travel (primarily continental United States)
* Superior selling skills
