HotGigs, the only On-Demand Staffing Exchange for both contract and full-time resources is hiring, for the first time, a headquarters based Channel Sales Manager.  This is an excellent opportunity for a successful channel sales professional who has an entrepreneurial desire to be on the ground floor of this soon to be industry leader in the dot.com/ staffing sector.

HotGigs is changing the staffing industry by rapidly gaining market place awareness for their interactive, technically savvy B2B staffing model.  We are looking for an individual who has a solid foundation in channel sales and who can articulate the HotGigs value proposition to Fortune 2000 companies nationwide.  This is not a ?job? for those who like status quo; this is an ?opportunity? for individuals who are serious about selling and incredibly passionate about success.

 POSITION OVERVIEW: 

The Channel Partners Manager will recruit, develop, train, and support partners reselling HotGigs offerings.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Meet or exceed HotGigs' Channel Partners sales goals, primarily for the Gigs2Web Job Search Engine Optimization offering.  Appoint, train, mentor and motivate new and existing channel partners. Assist channel partners in identifying, presenting to, closing, and supporting clients for HotGigs' services. Ensure channel partners have the necessary sales tools, support, and skills needed to successfully and efficiently sell Hotgigs offerings. Maintain pipeline opportunities in HotGigs sales force automation program. Ensure Channel Partner orders meet HotGigs finance and sales management requirements, and process said orders. Work with HotGigs product management to address offering requirements that may emerge from channel partners.

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Required

?  6+ years of experience in Sales and/or Channel Management.

?  Education: University degree.

?  Knowledge and experience selling to senior HR managers and procurement managers.

?  Demonstrated record of success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.

?  Excellent business development skills: Ability to exceed goals by ensuring Channel Partners exceed theirs.

?  Persuasive and engaging oral and written communication skills.

?  Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking attitude.

?  Team player. Able to contribute positively to the management team and throughout the organization.

?  High-level of autonomy. Feel comfortable and be efficient in a flat organization.

?  Travel 25%.

 

Desired
