Wireless Depot a Premier Authorized Retailer for Cingular Wireless is looking for goal oriented, talented, self-motivated, energetic, friendly and responsible Retail Sales Associates interested in the wireless industry.  We are currently looking for individuals to staff locations in Western Washington.

 

GENERAL DUTIES:

 Follow and execute Cingular's Mystery Shop and Six Step Selling Process to effectively determine needs and demonstrate the benefits and features of Cingular products and services to potential and existing customers.Meet or exceed retail sales quota, goals, and objectives established by Wireless Depot.Provides world-class customer service, resolves and reduces customer complaints and helps to solve escalated customer complaints through cooperation with the proper department/person for resolution. Develops business relationships with existing and potential customers to increase referral base.Keeps informed on emerging and current Cingular Wireless products and services.Attends and participates in all mandatory trainings and meetings. Processes the administrative aspects of the sale including: verifying customer identification, processing credit checks, pulling product from inventory, cash handling, filing finished orders; and submits complete, accurate, and timely paperwork for all customer transactions.  Complies with all company cash, inventory, security, and maintenance policies and procedures. Assists with other job duties and responsibilities when required. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 High School diploma or equivalent.1 ? 3 years retail sales and cash handling experience, wireless industry knowledge and commission sales experience is preferred.Computer proficiency, experienced with use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer, Office (Word and Excel), and a retail POS system.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; i.e. email etiquette, writing thank you letters and taking messages.Able to work extended/flexible hours as needed and at different locations on each specific island.
