Client Representative

The Client Representative will lead business development as a member of the
Caterpillar client team. Will be responsible for relationship management
and business growth at Caterpillar Finance, Caterpillar Solar Turbine, and Caterpillar remote facilities (e.g. factories). Will be proficient at planning and executing an
effective relationship strategy and maintaining effective long-term
business relationships at the senior level with key decision makers and
influencers. Is the integrator of IBM before the customer. Identifies and
prioritizes IBM opportunities and develops solutions strategies. Will be
responsible for working with IBM sales team members in Latin America, EMEA,
and AP to coordinate IBM's sales and support activities for Caterpillar globally.
Will also participate in Caterpillar's 6 Sigma training and in executing 6 Sigma
projects with the client.
