Client Retention Specialist

Western Pest Services corporate office located in Parsippany, NJ is currently interviewing F/T Commercial Client Retention Specialists (CCRS).  Must have reliable transportation, a clear speaking voice with the ability to be 'professionally friendly' with customers.

(**)  NO COLD CALLING

The purpose of this important role is to build a positive relationship and strengthen our ties with our current clients.  As a Western (CCRS), responsibilities entail increasing commercial account retention with past customers via:

*Client visits, satisfaction surveys

*Client follow up calls

*Administering incentive programs

*Analyzing cancelled accounts to proactively create a 'Win Back' result within our commercial division.

To be considered, candidates must possess a positive attitude with a desire to exceed expectations and targets presented weekly.  Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and listening are required.  Candidates with similar retention backgrounds in the pest control industry displaying a proven track record of performance are preferred.  Basic computer knowledge required (Office, Word, Excel, etc.)
