The Defined Benefits (DB) Solution Client Service Manager serves as the service plan expert and primary communication point for clients (full service and/or disbursement only). The Client Service Manager is assigned to a client base and responsible for overall client satisfaction with the quality of services provided by the Client Services Unit and influencing satisfaction with Fidelity.

Responsibilities:Manage transition from Implementation to production. Accountable to the client for the plan level events, processing, corporate actions and overall satisfaction with administrative servicesEnsure services, practices, and processes employed by the Client Services Unit based on business decisions, cost benefit analysis, and profitability considerations. Prepare and deliver Annual Business Plan and Client Service Review. Promotion and Implement new products, services, and client trainingCommunication with Relationship Manager and appropriate departments to ensure integration of servicesAbility to negotiate with all business partners within the organization. Ability to influence and execute strategies with client

This position can be based out of Merrimack, NH or Marlborough, MA although there will be some time spent in both locations for meetings etc.



7-10 years benefits outsourcing experience

Trust and Custodial experience a plus

Team Management skills

Project Management skills

Demonstrate leadership ability

Bachelor's Degree required
