Job Responsibilities:


Implementation and serving as the day-to-day liaison with large employer-size group customers.

Handling issue resolution for customers.

Holding presentations for customers.

Overseeing relationship management with customers.

Performing strategic planning.


 


 





 







































Job Qualifications:



You must have experience serving as a primary point of contact for customers. 


A background in health insurance benefits and/or marketing is preferred. 


Experience working with eligibility, claims and billing is a plus.


Excellent communication, project management, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills is essential. 


Solid Microsoft Office skills are required. 


A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
