Client Services Representative I

Experian, a global leader in providing information solutions to organizations and consumers, is seeking a highly motivated Client Support Associate II to join our team in our Orlando, FL location.  The selected candidate will be responsible for, under the general direction of the Product Manager, coordinating activities related to product knowledge, training, implementation, and the support of web applications and products.

 

Responsibilities:

? Serve as the key-point contact for client support

? Manage customer accounts

? Provide direct sales support as a subject-matter-expert of the entire product line

? Trouble-shoot and problem-solve client issues by  involving appropriate IT and internal business until resources

? Conduct live webinar training programs to small and large groups

? Site visits for instructor-led training sessions

 

Requirements:

? BA degree in business, marketing, IT or related area

? Effective communication skills

? Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, professionally and with little supervision
