Client Services Specialist

Job Responsibilities v   Update and maintain team database

v  Meets with clients and accompanies sales professionals to property sites. May assist in the showing of space.

v  Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions, including listing/commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.

v  Drafts various correspondences to existing and prospective clients. Coordinates and sends marketing materials.

v  Compiles packages of property data for clients that contain material specifically tailored to each client.

v  Prepares tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.

v  Provides client with status reports on their listings.

v  Updates property and client database with updated information gathered through research.

v  Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

v  Arizona Real Estate License or the ability to obtain a license within 90 days of hire

v  Bachelor?s degree

v  Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence and memos, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.

v  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

v  Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co‑workers, and/or supervisor.

v  Ability to effectively present information to an internal group.

v  Requires general knowledge of financial terms and principles.

v  Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

v  Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.

v  Ability to solve problems in standard situations.

v  Requires basic analytical skills.

v  Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and Internet research skills
