Client Solution Managers have professional, solution selling experience and subject matter expertise in one of Taratec's strategic service offerings including; Clinical/Pharmacovigilance/Safety/Medical Affairs, Laboratory, Manufacturing or Compliance services to life science companies.

Position Responsibilities:

? Sell Taratec's services and project based solutions using a consultative manner

? Establish, maintain and grow client and business relationships within the life sciences industry

? Drive the business forward and obtain annual quota objectives between 2-3 Million

? Understand your client?s key initiatives

? Lead by example / drive teamwork

? Set appropriate, honest expectations internally and externally

? Follow Taratec business processes

? Ensure that all necessary reports are maintained and updated on time

 

Qualifications:

? Five plus years of sales experience, for which the last several years have been within the life sciences industry

? Proficient, knowledgeable and effective in selling strategic and project based solutions

? Solid and successful experience using a consultative based selling style with senior level client management

? Highly skilled in driving and closing new business

? Excellent prospecting and account mining capabilities

? Established relationships with key decision makers and the ability to leverage those contacts into new business development

? Capability to effectively manage the sales process including, lead generation, qualification and proposal development

? Proven and consistent track record selling a minimum of 2 million, annually. Furthermore, exhibits strong year to year growth at assigned clients

? Prior employment experience with a major Systems Integrator or Management Consulting company is desirable.

? A Bachelors Degree is required, MBA desirable

? Should reside within daily commuting distance to Bridgewater, NJ
