As a Commercial Account Executive at GreenPoint Mortgage you will be assigned a designated geographic sales territory where you will market GREENPOINT?S signature products to the Broker community. Your days will consist of meeting and presenting to your Brokers while growing your sales pipeline. An inside account service representative will partner with you to provide excellent customer service to your Brokers to ensure they receive updates throughout the entire loan process. Our cutting-edge technology will track your loans from submission to funding. Your manager and Greenpoint?s online Training Center will keep you sharp and up to date on the latest changes in pricing and products.

Essential Skills:

? Customer service differentiates GreenPoint Mortgage from all the rest

? A multi communicator who can relate to both Brokers and inside staff and come across confident and knowledgeable in expressing mortgage loan guidelines and local real estate lending laws

? Experience and confidence in presenting to both large and small groups and patience in communicating easy and complex subjects

? Ability to use a blackberry, laptop, drive and chew gum at the same time
