Commercial Account Manager

Commercial Account Manager Starpower Home Entertainment Systems, Inc., Dallas/Fort Worth?s largest custom Audio Video integrator is experiencing major growth and is seeking highly motivated, technically savvy Account Manager(s) with 3+ years of outside sales experience and a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in the audiovisual industry.  This position is within our Commercial Division and responsibilities include but are not limited to: generating leads, identifying and developing new sales opportunities, gathering accurate information for design build projects in night clubs, restaurants, country clubs, high-end residential, corporate boardrooms, conference and training rooms.  There is no cap on compensation and well qualified, dedicated individuals can expect premium compensation in the form of commission plus wage and benefits. We are seeking those committed to long term employment. Duties and responsibilities:
? Collect and record client information into database
? Prepare preliminary proposal
? Prepare sales contract
? Generate CO?s
? Schedule and perform sales consultations both in and out of the office
? Maintain timely communication with clients and contractors
? Collect initial retainer and final payment from clients and contractors
? Assist accounting with invoicing, tracking payment and collections
? Establish and maintain sales related files for accurate project tracking
? Perform timely ?Walk-Thrus? with Project Manager and/or Field Supervisor
? Perform client training at completion of project
? Turn in weekly reports with contacts, cold call and job updates
? Participate in the process of selecting product lines to be included in Starpower?s proposals
? Ability to prioritize, work independently and proceed with objectives without direct supervision
? Ability to work within a team-oriented structure
