Commercial Operations Leader

• Create and implement short- and long-range NA Enterprise commercial strategy to drive the overall contribution and share targets 
? Provide commercial leadership and collaboration with the Product, Channel, Sales, and LC and
Regional Marketing teams
? Provide thought leadership and business analytics for the North American Enterprise channel business

Key Responsibility Areas:
? Work with Marketing Promotions team to develop, manage, and track commercial programs
? Commercial support for the marketing offer development teams
? MAF/MDF management and tracking
? Input to LC Global Pricing team for regional pricing effectiveness - price elasticity analysis and action, continue Business Transformation Quick Win pricing actions, modeling
? Business case support for internal programs and projects
? Consolidation of channel economics
? Pricing waterfall analysis and end-to-end economics
? Regional commercial deal support (incl. regional SBA sandboxes, approval, and governance)Map and manage overall Enterprise regional profitability considering pricing, volume, programs, strategic deals and product mix
? Drive overall regional profitability and growth through manipulation and management of commercial levers

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
? 9 - 12  years work experience with 2 ? 5 years management
? MBA required
? Finance/economics experience
? Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
? Plans and assigns broad objectives across multiple projects / functions and ensures implementation through other leaders
? Actively leads through vision, providing leadership for project / function through direct application of expertise, through consultation with others and/or through leadership team
? Selects, trains, and evaluates management team
? Commercial marketing background with working knowledge and applied experience with advanced pricing and economic principles, theories, and concepts.
? Ability to make key decisions that directly impact the strategic direction of the business and that have direct impact to overall business unit results
? Applies depth and breadth of expertise across major projects/functions.  Has extensive functional and project experience, is a recognized expert in a functional area and/or has breadth of expertise across projects /functions.
? Ability to utilize statistics and statistical methods and procedures in business analytics
? Strong communication skills ? both written and oral
? Effective internal and external interactions and strong influencing skills to ensure the effective implementation of major projects and/or functional initiatives.
? Ability to produce under tight deadlines
? Demonstrable strategic thinking skills
? Leads by example, demonstrating leadership attributes, depth/ breath of knowledge and experience allows for a wide range of project / functional guidance. 
? Ability to work with consultative  direction from leadership
? Assessment of the problem involves analysis of multiple complex problems at the project, functional or business unit level.  Unique, creative and innovative solutions are consistently required.  .  Applies high level of expertise and core competencies gathered across large segments of the business unit or function to solve problems.
