Commercial Sales Executive, Large Group Segment

We seek an outstanding and energetic Sales Executive to generate sales of our large group insurance product for the 100+ lives segment. This sales position initiates strategies that motivate brokers to promote Humana's offerings. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of successful sales in large group insurance accounts, understand and have a thorough working knowledge of both self funded and fully insured products, including, Humana's industry-leading consumer-driven products.

The Sales Executive leverages a consultative style in selling via prioritizing and qualifying leads, and winning profitable business while forwarding Humana's value proposition.

Requirements:

Successful track record in marketing medical and dental products to groups of 100+ lives through the services of agents and brokers.

Ability to create positive relationships with all stakeholders.

High level of professionalism with a positive and energetic attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelors degree preferred.

WI Health & Life Insurance license & valid driver's license.
