Tire Centers, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Michelin, North America known for exceptional customer service with approximately 180 locations in 39 states, has Commercial Tire Sales positions available in Olive Branch, MS.

Mission: Manages active customer accounts and represents company to potential customers utilizing the ?TCI Marketing Approach to Selling? to meet customer expectations and enhance TCI?s profitability.

Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of product and/or services so as to provide accurate information to customers.
2.Meet established sales and gross profit goals.
3.Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations utilizing the ?marketing approach to selling?.
4.Prepares weekly sales plans and completes call reports following established procedures.
5.Attends sales training and continually works to improve sales skills.
6.Schedules fleet service appointments or coordinates appointments with the service department.
7.Ensures prompt resolution of tire adjustments, and ensures that customer casings are handled appropriately.
8.Delivers tires to customers as needed.
9.Assists with a variety of tasks within the center, such as, maintaining inventory, moving and stacking of tires.
10.Maintains company property in accordance with established standards.
11.Develop and implement marketing program to solicit new clients ? through mail marketing, cold calls, organizations, referrals, etc?
12.Sell company supported products and services.
13.Conduct fleet needs evaluations and provide customers with cost analysis and benefits.
14.Meet sales goals and objectives as outlined by the Center Manager
15.Participate in Anti-trust training annually

We are looking for professional sales people with proven results. Candidates must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills and at least three years of outside sales experience. Tire industry experience preferred.
