Commerical Roofing Salesperson

General Works of Tampa LLC, of Florida a wholly owned subsidiary of Tecta America Corp., the largest commercial roofing company in the United States headquartered in Skokie, Illinois, with annual revenues in excess of $380 Million Corporation, 23 operating companies and 50 locations throughout the United States, is seeking a Salesperson for its commercial roofing division.

 

This position will report to Vice President/General Manager.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Candidate is responsible for business development as it relates to production projects, building positive customer relationships, performing on roof inspections and analysis, measuring, surveying and generating roof estimate take-offs, delivering proposals and effectively communicating the proposed solutions to the customer?s problems.  Knowledge of current roofing trade practices, NRCA details, and effective communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with the customer is imperative.

 

Preference will be given: Only experienced candidates with a track record in the Tampa/St Petersburg market place will be considered.  HSG required, some college preferred.
