Communications Coordinator

We seek a Communications Coordinator to provide support on internal and external company communications on a global basis working directly with the Global Communications Manager.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 
Maintain Intranet site for Sales and Brand Management changes
Maintain Website ? coordinate all content and format changes to include:  advertisements, promotions, contact information, temporary landing pages, promotion registrations, current news, My Thermadyne
Work with Sales Administration to grow content of My Thermadyne for customer use and utilize file transfer technology to improve processes like customer contact information and the SPIFF administration
Provide electronic distribution of New Product Introduction
Manage costs for printed materials
Coordinate the successful implementation of our communications plans
Coordinate internal communications on new promotions implementation
