Community Sales Representative

Position Responsibilities:

 Provide information on services and products to perspective homebuyers, builder sales consultants, and community Information Center staff within assigned community(s). Proactively contact community homebuyers, by telephone, to solicit orders for service.  Track order throughout the service activation process and maintain contact with customer with regards to status.  Serve as a point of contact for current customers, for information regarding products and services, assistance with product training, billing questions, and other issues, within assigned community(s).Provide support and be available to conduct technology presentations to customers, perspective homeowners at all developer and/or builder hosted community events, sales meetings, Realtor events, and other events, as needed.Perform weekly visits and/or calls to builder sales staff to obtain recent and projected sales and closing information.Assure collateral materials are up to date and generously stocked.Create database of local Realtors in region and maintain contact through phone calls and mailers.Plan and execute Company hosted community events, coordinating all details, including vendor and partner participation.Provide weekly reports management.
