CANDIDATES MAY LIVE IN ANY CITY, USA. 70% TRAVEL REQUIRED NATIONALLY. PLEASE PROVIDE CURRENT SALARY/BONUS AND EXPECTATIONS WHEN APPLYING. We are actively seeking a Consultant / Engagement Leader for IP Convergence. Candidate should have specific project experience with Avaya and/or Cisco IP Telephony and Unified Communications products/solutions. Experience in professional services ranging from assessment, strategic planning, design, technology or vendor evaluations, ROI studies, developing RFPs, and leading implementation or migration projects. Should have strong technical skills based on hands-on technical experience and above average abilities in analysis, design, architecture, client relationship management, proposal development and technical writing. Candidate should have experience in multiple and varying projects leading professional services engagements. . Skills: Consulting, IP-based Data Networking, IP Telephony, IP Messaging, Project Management/Leadership, Large scale client engagement experience, Technology and Vendor evaluations, ROI / financial / business cases, Convergence strategies and planning. 10 - 12 years of industry and consulting experience in call center consulting and intelligent contact center infrastructure including positions in companies with leading edge IT organizations. Candidate should have interviewing, analytical, and report writing experience. xallx
