Corporate Sales Manager

An industry leader in a multi billion dollar industry has an immediate need to fill the role of Corporate Manager.

Our Corporate Managers will develop and manage a team of 10-15 Outside Sales Representatives.  They will foster an environment of continuous improvement and lead the Outside Sales Representatives towards achieving success throughout the entire sales process.  We know that our people are our greatest asset and we work to attract highly intelligent individuals who possess integrity and dedication, and provide them with continuing opportunities for growth.

 Key Areas of ResponsibilityAssist a team of 10-15 Outside Sales Representatives with closing business to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas Manage 10-15 Outside Sales Representatives through the entire Crescent Processing sales process Develop a team of 10-15 Outside Sales Representatives for continued sales improvement Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress for all Outside Sales Representatives Work in a collaborative environment with other experienced and talented managers

 

Qualifications One call closing ability Minimum of three to five years experience managing sales representatives in a business to business environment Strong sales and objection handling abilities Ability to multi task and make good decisions quickly Familiar with computers and software applications used in sales environments Skilled in coaching and motivation Strong organizational skills Ability to engage and influence others at multiple levels of the organization Strong business acumen Advanced interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage people, processes and multiple projects simultaneously Results oriented; excellent follow through skills
