Credit Manager / Management Trainee

Job Description: Entry-level management training position. Learns the operations of a store, takes and analyzes credit applications, and builds relationships with customers by offering financial products that meet their needs. The Credit Manager works with customers on the phone and in person throughout the credit application, approval, and loan closing process. The CM is responsible for a variety of tasks in an environment where performance directly impacts the bottom-line while gaining the experience necessary for a promotion to Assistant Manager and Store Manager. Reports to a Store Manager. Compensation package includes a base salary, plus an incentive plan based on sales volume.


Minimum Qualifications: ?BA/BS Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
?Proven track record of leadership or goal achievement
?0-1 year experience and skills in a sales oriented environment preferred
?Self-motivated
?PC Skill Proficiency
?Ability to effectively communicate on the phone and in person
