Cust Supt Tech Coord

Duties include but are not limited to: Reviewing, entering and maintaining customer, product and pricing Master Data into J.D. Edwards and SAP systems; timely and accurate entry of new or updated customer, product and pricing data into required systems for sales order processing and related downstream systems or functions; assuring compliance to all internal controls required for master data administration including DEA regulated customer shipments; setting up product and pricing data, sales and literature items for Consumer and Medical sales, Field Sales and internal territory assignments, and Accounts Payable vendors; collaboration with other internal departments to insure data quality/accuracy and external communications with customers, and will also assist with special assignments or projects as required.


Requirements:
This position requires an Associate's Degree with 3 years experience in a business related field or 5 years equivalent work experience. The incumbent must possess strong analytical and problem solving ability along with communication skills, both written and oral. At least two years of business systems and process experience related to Master Data administration or Sales Order processing is required. Experience with JD Edwards and SAP sales order processing or master data files is preferred.
