Customer Account Manager to $65k+ - High Tech

Reporting to the Director of Customer Account Administration, the Manager of Customer Account Services is responsible for building and maintaining an exceptional level of customer service, providing ongoing training and development activities for staff, demonstrating sound personnel and financial management practices, and maintaining a positive and productive working environment within the Customer Account Services Department. The Customer Account Services Department is responsible for providing superior customer account service during the order, billing and payment process of our customer relationships. Additional CAS responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, customer and customer credit management, assisting the sales team with quotes, sales order processing, pricing, checking product availability, arranging shipments, verifying accurate billing, and assisting with maintaining current accounts receivables. Each team acts as a central resource for both external customers and internal employees, in order to best respond to the needs of individually assigned customers. We strive to maintain deep knowledge of our customers' business requirements so that we make the accounting relationships between us as mutually rewarding as possible. Required Skills/Experience:. Requires a bachelors degree, preferably in Business Admin or related field or equivalent work experience . Account management experience required. . Strong computer skills:Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (knowledge of pivot table function).
