Customer Account Mgr

Sage Software has an immediate opening for a Customer Account Mgr in our Herndon, VA office.  The Customer Account Mgr position will focus on reinstatement of support renewal and will conduct outbound call campaigns to expired Sage FAS customers between 1-24 months expired.  (Sage FAS is a Fixed Asset Management software application utilized by 60% of medium-sized companies in the United States.)  The Customer Account Mgr will be required to maintain 100% of assigned revenue quota; manage a pipeline of new leads and accurately forecast business as appropriate.


We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Education & Training:
? College degree or equivalent work experience preferred;
? 3 - 5 years of proven Sales experience focusing specifically on selling to the established customer base.
? Ability to provide quality customer service; sales skills and closing ability required.  Maintain a minimum outbound phone call average of 75 calls and a minimum of three hours of talk time.
? Accounting background is a plus.
? Experience in AS400 reporting desired. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), are required to thrive in this position.
